Tips for Eating on the 24 Day Challenge (and just healthy for beyond!)

So what can you eat? Your 24 Day Challenge guide will help, but planning is key! Plan ahead and don’t run for the border (or whatever) when you get hungry at lunch or dinner. And don’t forget to eat (skipping meals is a no, no)!

My husband signed up! WOOT!

I don’t know about you, but having accountability and support is so important when you are on a fitness journey. I am so blessed to have good friends doing this with me in November and now my husband is on board! I can just see him and I doing that spartan race together! It’s even more important when it comes to meals together. We eat pretty healthy anyway, but changing small things like hamburger to turkey burger, making pumpkin spice waffles with our Advocare shakes instead of flour and sugar and just encouraging each other is going to be great.

Do’s and Don’ts of the 24 Day Challenge!

Since I’m ready to embark with a few great friends on the 24 Day Challenge on Nov. 2, I thought I’d outline the Do’s and Don’ts!

Fiber drink:
Don’t let it sit! Pour it in, stir well with cold water (or flavored water) and drink quickly! Just get it done. It’s ten days and you will LOVE the results!

Meal Replacement Shakes:
I love to use a blender, cold water and a couple of ice cubes. SOO good! I know there are many other ways to do use the packets including muffins and cake! I’ll post some recipes in some future blogs, for sure! No need to use milk or anything else. These shakes are so yummy!

Spark:
Pour in a water bottle and shake well! That’s all that is needed! Don’t pour into a glass full of water already and try to stir. Eww. Think how you make Crystal Light.
